Products may be eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The return request is made within 5 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

2. No Refund Policy

PLAYBOLD does not offer monetary refunds.
We kindly request customers to review product details, size, and design carefully before placing an order.

Please order with attention, as once an order is placed, refunds will not be available.

3. Exchange Options

In eligible cases, customers may choose:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A different t-shirt design of their choice, subject to availability

Our goal is to ensure you receive a product you are happy with.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
